Any orders shipped back without previous consent will not be eligible for a refund. A written return authorization from a Green Herbal Care representative is required.

We cannot offer a refund on any products purchased from third party websites or retailers. If you purchased our product through a Green Herbal Care distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.

Products that are damaged or lost during shipment will be replaced at no cost to the customer. We will require a picture of the damaged product for verification.

**The return shipping fee will be at the responsibility of the customer. Green Herbal Care Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the refund.
